Trackora checks all recipients when sending emails to ensure the communication is secure. If a recipient’s connection is insecure, a popup will appear to warn you.

To view your Trackora settings, click the Trackora icon in your email toolbar. Your settings will be displayed after you click the icon.

If you're asked to send application logs when reporting an issue, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Trackora settings.
  2. Press "Application Logs."
  3. Select all applications by clicking the blank box in the top-left corner.
  4. Open a blank Excel spreadsheet, click on an empty cell, and paste the data (it will appear as numbers and letters).
  5. Save the document and send it to us!

Open the Trackora settings and remove the email from the BCC Section.

If you are not receiving read receipts, your mail server may have flagged the email as junk. Try adding the email address **noreply@trackora.co.uk** to your list of safe senders to prevent the emails from being marked as spam.

You can organise your read receipts by following these steps:

  1. Right-click on Inbox.
  2. Select New Folder.
  3. Enter a name, for example, "Trackora", and press OK.
  4. Click on Rulesin the ribbon.
  5. Select Manage Rules and Alerts.
  6. Click on New Rule.
  7. Click on the first option (Move messages from someone to a folder).
  8. At the bottom, click on People or Public Group, enter noreply@trackora.co.uk in the "From" box, and press OK.
  9. Click on Specified, locate the folder you created, and pressOK.
  10. If you click through to Next, then Next again.
  11. In Step 1, you can give the rule a name – it should be ticked. In Step 2, you can tick the appropriate box to move relevant emails in your inbox to the specified folder. Step 3, click Next, Step 4, Specify a name for the rule. You can call it whatever. Then click ‘Finish’.
  12. When a new pop-up window appears, click Apply. Then click OK, and you have done it.
